GymCare is an all-in-one gym management software for Indian gyms, fitness studios, and multi-branch chains. It includes an Owner Dashboard, a Trainer App, and a Member App, and helps you manage memberships, billing, attendance, trainer schedules, workout plans, and diet plans from one platform.

GymCare is built for independent gyms, boutique fitness studios, personal trainers, multi-trainer setups, and multi-branch gym chains in India. Plans start at 100 active members and scale to unlimited members for enterprise customers.

Pricing How is GymCare priced?

GymCare uses simple member-based pricing. Starter is ₹2,999/month for up to 100 active members, Growth is ₹5,999/month for up to 200 members, and Pro is ₹9,999/month for up to 400 members. Yearly billing offers 25% off. Enterprise pricing is custom and includes unlimited members and a fully white-labeled experience.

Pricing What happens if I exceed my plan's member limit?

If your active member count grows past your plan's limit, you can upgrade to the next plan or add an extra member capacity add-on (minimum 50 members per add-on). Contact our support team to enable the add-on.

Pricing Can I add more members beyond my plan's limit?

Yes. You can purchase additional member capacity as an add-on to any plan, with a minimum of 50 members per add-on. Contact GymCare support to set it up — your existing data and trainers stay the same.

Apps Does GymCare include a Trainer App and a Member App?

Yes. Every plan includes the Owner Dashboard, a Trainer App for staff, and a Member App for your gym members. There are no per-trainer charges and no extra fees for the Member App.

Setup Can I migrate my existing data to GymCare?

Yes. We provide free data migration from your current gym software, spreadsheets, or paper records. Our onboarding team imports member details, attendance history, payments, and workout/diet plans for you.

Setup Do I need training to use GymCare?

No heavy training is required. GymCare is designed for non-technical users — most gyms are up and running within a day. Free onboarding support and video tutorials are included with every plan.

Setup Is GymCare cloud-based?

Yes. GymCare runs entirely in the cloud, so you don't need to install anything on your computer. The Owner Dashboard works in any modern web browser, and the Trainer and Member apps are available on Android and iOS.

Features Does GymCare support GST invoices and online payments?

Yes. GymCare generates GST-compliant invoices and supports online payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and payment links. Members can pay their renewal directly from the Member App.

Features Can I send WhatsApp or SMS reminders to members?

Yes. You can send automated renewal reminders, attendance alerts, and birthday wishes to members via SMS and WhatsApp from the Owner Dashboard. WhatsApp Business API integration is available on request.

Features Does GymCare integrate with biometric attendance devices?

Yes. GymCare supports popular biometric devices for attendance, along with manual check-in, QR code attendance, and self check-in via the Member App. Custom device integrations are available for Enterprise customers.

Enterprise Can I get a white-labeled gym app under my own brand?

Yes. The Enterprise plan includes a fully white-labeled experience — your logo, your brand colors, and your domain across the Owner Dashboard, Trainer App, and Member App. Both apps can be published under your name on the Play Store and App Store.

Enterprise Does GymCare support multiple branches?

Yes. GymCare supports multi-branch operations including consolidated reporting, cross-branch member transfers, and role-based access for branch managers. The Pro plan includes multi-branch management; Enterprise supports unlimited branches.

Data & Security Is my gym's data secure, and can I export it?

Yes. GymCare uses encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and regular backups. You can export your data — members, attendance, payments, and reports — at any time in CSV or Excel format.

Support Is there a free demo or trial?

Support What if I want to cancel my subscription?

There is no long-term lock-in. You can cancel your monthly plan anytime from the Owner Dashboard or by contacting support. Yearly subscriptions can be cancelled at the end of the billing period.

International Is GymCare available outside India?

Yes. GymCare is used by gyms and fitness studios worldwide. Switch the pricing toggle to "Other" to view USD pricing. The Owner Dashboard, Trainer App, and Member App work in any country with internet access.

International Which currencies and payment methods do you accept?

Indian customers can pay in INR via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and payment links. International customers can pay in USD via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and bank transfer. Other currencies are available on request for Enterprise plans.

International Do international customers get GST invoices?

No. GST is only applied to invoices for Indian customers. International customers receive standard tax-compliant invoices in USD. We can issue VAT or local-tax invoices on request for Enterprise customers.

International Does GymCare work in different time zones?

Yes. GymCare auto-detects each user's time zone, so attendance, classes, schedules, and reports always show the local time of your gym. Multi-branch chains can mix branches across different time zones in the same account.

International Do you offer support outside Indian business hours?

Yes. International customers receive email support that covers their local business hours. Pro and Enterprise customers get extended hours and a dedicated account manager. Enterprise plans include 24×7 priority support.

International Where is my gym's data stored?

By default, your data is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure with regional data centers (India and US-East). Enterprise customers can choose a specific region — including EU, Singapore, or on-premise deployment — to meet local data-residency requirements.
